🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – Adorned Allure

🔁 Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at help@adornedallure.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at help@adornedallure.com.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.
If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it at no cost. Please email help@adornedallure.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, perishable goods such as flowers or food, personal care items like beauty products, and any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased on sale.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, with no justification required.
To qualify, items must be unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
