We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no stress, no pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

A prepaid return shipping label
Easy step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back

⚠️ Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item — reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right, fast.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to:

Return the original item.
Place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union Customers

For EU orders, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period, during which you may return your item for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging.
